Job summary

Orchard Post Acute is seeking dedicated nursing staff to deliver bedside care, medication administration, and treatments. You will implement and monitor care plans, and communicate patient status with families and the care team.

This role requires a current California LVN license and CPR certification, with successful completion of pre-employment drug screen and background check. Multiple location assignments available.

Qualifications

• Demonstrates current knowledge of nursing skills, including bedside care, medication administration, and treatments.
• Ability to effectively communicate with residents, family members, staff, doctors, vendors and state / federal agencies.
• Regular and punctual attendance; willingness to implement facility policy & procedures.
