Sharp HealthCare seeks a Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) in California to provide individualized nursing care under the direction of an RN, following the Plan Of Care and contributing to outcome evaluations.

The role requires AHA BLS for Healthcare Professionals and CA LVN license, with 12-hour shifts (12/36) and weekend rotation (every other) under SEIU-UHW CBA; active union membership within 31 days of hire is required.

Formación

• AHA BLS for Healthcare Professionals is REQUIRED.
• California Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) is REQUIRED.

Responsabilidades

• Performs individualized nursing care for patients under the direction of an RN.
• Collects assessment data and documents findings.
• Communicates plan of care with patients and families to support understanding.
• Coordinates with RN and other staff to ensure continuity of care.
• Provides patient education and supports family involvement.
