Licensed LPNs in Massachusetts are invited to provide skilled nursing care, with per-visit pay starting at $28. Mileage reimbursement and PTO accompany full-time and part-time opportunities, plus referral bonuses and annual merit increases as

Qualifications

• Massachusetts-licensed LPN required.
• Current TB test within 12 months and CPR certification required.
• Physical exam within 12 months prior to first patient contact.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to attend orientation in Taunton.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care and case management in the home.
• Conduct patient admissions and develop individualized care plans.
• Obtain medical history and perform brief physical exams (vitals, mental status, diet, etc.).
• Deliver skilled nursing care in compliance with HIPAA.
• Evaluate effectiveness of nursing services and coordinate total patient care.
• Submit patient notes and documentation in a timely manner.
