Brentwood Place Four in Dallas, Texas is seeking a Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) for a double weekend shift in our skilled nursing and rehabilitation center. You will assist in recovery from surgery, injury, or illness under RN supervision, delivering high-quality patient care.

The role includes patient assessments, treatments, medications, injections, wound care, vital signs monitoring, and contributing to individualized care plans, while maintaining accurate records.

Qualificações

• Current LVN license in the state of Texas.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Responsabilidades

• Assist with patient assessments, treatments, and medications.
• Administer injections, vaccinations, and other medications as prescribed.

As a Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN), you will play a vital role in our skilled nursing and rehabilitation center, assisting in the recovery from surgery, injury, or illness.

About the Role:

As an LVN, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care under the supervision of a registered nurse. Your duties will include:

• Assisting with patient assessments, treatments, and medications


• Administering injections, vaccinations, and other medications as prescribed by physicians


• Providing wound care, dressing changes, and other treatments as needed


• Monitoring patient vital signs and reporting any changes to the registered nurse


• Participating in the development and implementation of individualized patient care plans


• Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of patient care and treatment
