Job summary

Brentwood Place Four in Dallas, Texas is seeking a Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) for a double weekend shift in our skilled nursing and rehabilitation center. You will assist in recovery from surgery, injury, or illness under RN supervision, delivering high-quality patient care.

The role includes patient assessments, treatments, medications, injections, wound care, vital signs monitoring, and contributing to individualized care plans, while maintaining accurate records.

Qualifications

• Current LVN license in the state of Texas.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Assist with patient assessments, treatments, and medications.
• Administer injections, vaccinations, and other medications as prescribed.
• Provide wound care, dressing changes, and other treatments as needed.
• Monitor patient vital signs and report changes to the RN.
• Contribute to development and implementation of individualized care plans.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient care and treatment records.
