Job summary

The Villages of Dallas is seeking compassionate nursing staff to join our team dedicated to excellent clinical care and a supportive work environment in Dallas, TX. As an LVN, you will monitor patients, communicate changes to physicians, collaborate on care plans, perform routine procedures, and administer medications as ordered.

Qualifications

• LVN license is required.
• Prior experience preferred but new grads are welcomed!

Responsibilities

• Monitor patient’s condition and assess needs to provide care.
• Observe and interpret patient’s symptoms and change of conditions, and communicate them to physicians
• Collaborate with physicians and other nurses to devise individualized care plans for patients
• Perform routine procedures (blood pressure measurements, administering injections etc.) and fill in patients’ charts
• Adjust and administer patient’s medication and provide treatments according to physician’s orders
