Job summary

Moraga Post Acute is seeking a Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) to join our care team on a PRN basis in Moraga, CA. You will provide compassionate, resident-centered nursing care, administer medications, monitor conditions, and collaborate with the care team.

California LVN license required; prior skilled nursing or long-term care experience preferred. This role offers competitive pay of $38.00–$42.00 per hour (DOE) and flexibility to support your current schedule while making a meaningful

Responsibilities

• Provide nursing care per individualized care plans.

• Develop and implement resident care plans; provide wound care as directed.
• Monitor vital signs and maintain complete nursing documentation.
