Job summary

The RT NDT Technician position in Monroe, NC offers full-time work with a sign-on bonus and relocation packages. You will perform CR/DR inspections, interpret images, and maintain inspection documentation in line with procedures, codes, and customer requirements.

Qualifications

• Level II RT certification required.
• Experience with digital imaging software and radiographic systems required.
• Strong understanding of radiographic inspection techniques and safety standards.
• Ability to read and interpret codes, specifications, and technical drawings.
• Strong attention to detail and documentation accuracy.
• Ability to work independently and in team environments.

Responsibilities

• Perform Computed Radiography (CR) and Digital Radiography (DR) inspections.
• Set up, calibrate, and operate CR/DR equipment and imaging systems.
• Interpret radiographic images and evaluate indications.
• Ensure image quality meets applicable standards and specifications.
• Prepare and maintain accurate inspection reports and documentation.
• Follow all radiation safety procedures and company safety policies.
• Maintain inspection equipment and ensure proper handling of materials.
• Work closely with production teams, supervisors, and customers.
• Support additional NDT methods as needed.
• Work overtime and varying shifts based on operational needs.
