Lifted is seeking an experienced Leadership Coach for a remote, project-based engagement focused on administering the Leadership Versatility Index (LVI) for senior leaders. You will interpret results, conduct confidential debriefs, and help executives establish high-impact development goals in a mission-driven, remote-first environment.

Qualifications

• Must hold a current Leadership Versatility Index (LVI) certification.
• Proven experience delivering leadership assessments and debriefs to senior executives.
• Strong coaching background with ability to synthesize 360-degree feedback.
• Ability to independently manage a staggered rollout for multiple participants.
• Excellent facilitation and interpersonal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate the administration of the LVI assessment through Kaiser Institute.
• Partner with HR to review and refine the 360-degree rater strategy for participating leaders.
• Conduct one-on-one executive debriefs to interpret results and provide actionable insights.
• Guide leaders to identify 1–3 development priorities based on assessment outcomes.
• Advise on pacing and rollout for a staggered cohort (e.g., ~5 leaders at a time).
• Prepare and summarize data analyses and notes for each executive.
