Job summary

A consulting firm is seeking an experienced consultant to lead the end-to-end Leadership Versatility Index (LVI) process. This fully remote role involves conducting assessments, conducting debriefs with C-suite executives, and guiding development planning. Ideal candidates will hold a current LVI certification and possess extensive experience in leadership coaching and project management. Compensation is flexible, based on the consultant's expertise.

Qualifications

• Must hold a current, active certification in the Leadership Versatility Index (Kaiser Institute).
• Proven experience delivering leadership assessments and debriefs to VP and C-suite level executives.
• Strong background in leadership coaching with the ability to synthesize complex 360-degree feedback.

Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end LVI process for executives.
• Coordinate the ordering and administration of the LVI assessment.
• Conduct one-on-one feedback sessions for executives.
