Phase2 Technology is looking for a Systems Engineer to lead the development of the Marine Corps' Live, Virtual, and Constructive Training Environment. This role will entail designing and evolving training solutions by integrating technical skills and innovative technologies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 2+ years of experience with distributed modeling and simulation.
• Experience with network and distributed modeling tools.
• Knowledge of tactical systems related to the Marine Corps.

Responsibilities

• Lead the development of the Marine Corps' training environments.
• Develop and design systems integrating advanced technology.
• Maintain and evolve training solutions for mission readiness.

Skills

Experience as a JTAC or with Battalion-level fires

Knowledge of distributed simulation protocols like HLA and DIS

Knowledge of Joint C4I tactical systems

Knowledge of principles for creating virtual environments

Knowledge of networks and networking concepts

Utilization of modeling and simulation tools like Wireshark

Education

Bachelor's degree and 2+ years of experience with distributed modeling
