Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or 5+ years of distributed modeling and simulation experience
- Experience with distributed modeling and simulation including HLA/DIS
- Knowledge of Marine Corps training systems and related centers
Responsibilities
- Lead development of the Marine Corps live, virtual, and constructive training environment
- Translate real-world needs into technical specifications for customer solutions
- Shape customer training and mission readiness through systems engineering leadership
- Evolve systems with advanced technology while integrating software, hardware, and network capacity
