Solution One Industries Ltd seeks a Simulation Support Technician to support ARNG MCTSP at Fort Chaffee, AR. The role requires 1+ year in LVC-G, 5+ years in system setup and troubleshooting, and security clearance eligibility. You will work with FIRESIM/ExCIS, BSWS, JDLM, MUSE SENGEN, or WARSIM and train operators prior to exercises.

Join a high-security environment with RMF/IA requirements and meet DoD 8570.01-M Level II; position is full-time, on-site in Chaffee, AR.

Qualifications

• AA/AS degree required; BA/BS preferred.
• Experience with LVC-G federations, models, systems, and MCSs.
• Security clearance and IA/RMF requirements must be met.
• Must meet DOD 8570.01-M Baseline Level II and INFOSEC training.

Responsibilities

• Serves as local hardware, software, and functional expert for FIRESIM/ExCIS or BSWS or JDLM or MUSE SENGEN or WARSIM.
• Answers questions, troubleshoots problems, and manages software/hardware configurations.
• Provides formal classroom instruction to BSWS operators prior to constructive exercises.
• Maintains setup, testing, and troubleshooting guides for SME systems.
• Troubleshoots hardware, software, and basic networking configurations.
