Job summary

Baylor St. Luke’s Medical Center in Houston is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to provide compassionate, high-quality care and support patient recovery in a fast-paced environment.

You will perform comprehensive assessments, develop care plans, administer medications, and collaborate with an interdisciplinary team. Relocation assistance up to $10,000 is available for eligible new hires.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Nursing required.
• At least 1 year of RN experience required.
• Registered Nurse license TX upon hire.
• Basic Life Support (CPR) within 14 days of hire.
• Competence in RN I performance expectations or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive patient assessments and provide holistic nursing care.
• Develop, implement, and evaluate individualized care plans.
• Administer medications and perform physician-directed procedures.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
• Maintain safety protocols and contribute to quality initiatives.
