Allianz Personal is seeking a Pricing Manager to lead pricing activity for the LV= Home Portfolio and deliver strong financial performance. You will guide pricing analytics, influence product development, and shape pricing capabilities across the business.

You will manage a team of pricing analysts, collaborate with underwriting and broader teams, and enjoy flexible benefits, hybrid working, and professional development opportunities.

Formación

• Pricing portfolio expertise with ability to challenge the status quo.
• Experience delivering financial targets via Risk Premium models in personal lines.

Responsibilities

• Lead pricing activity for the LV= Home Portfolio, ensuring delivery of financial and underwriting targets
• Define and deliver pricing analysis projects that improve underwriting performance while supporting GWP growth through competitive pricing
• Influence Home product development by identifying innovative underwriting and segmentation opportunities to drive profitable growth
• Establish and maintain robust rate relativity review processes to optimise conversion and profitability across risk segments
• Manage, mentor and develop a team of pricing analysts, acting as a role model within the Pricing function

Required skills and experience

• Strong pricing portfolio expertise, with the confidence to challenge the status quo and introduce innovative solutions
• Experience delivering financial targets through the application of Risk Premium models, combined with strong commercial awareness of the personal lines insurance market
• Exposure to tools such as Radar, Databricks and Machine Learning models, or equivalent pricing technologies within an insurance environment
• Proven experience of managing or developing junior team members
• Excellent stakeholder management skills, with the ability to build trusted relationships across pricing, underwriting and wider business teams

Desirable Skills

• Previous experience within Home insurance pricing; candidates from other personal lines backgrounds will also be considered
• Exposure to tools such as WTW Emblem
• Knowledge or experience of Pricing Optimisation techniques and their impact on market competitiveness and customer outcomes
• Responsible Artificial Intelligence usage

Allianz Personal are looking for a Pricing Manager to join our Pricing Portfolio team, leading pricing activity across the LV= Home Portfolio. You will be responsible for delivering the financial performance of our Home products distributed through direct channels, while shaping the future direction of pricing capability across the business.

Location: This role is hybrid role based in our London/Birmingham/Bournemouth offices.

You will lead a team of analysts and build strong relationships across AZP and the wider Allianz Group, influencing underwriting strategy, direct performance, and long‑term portfolio profitability.
