You’ll partner with culinary, beverage, events, and resort leadership to deliver gracious, detail-rich service that exceeds member expectations.

You’ll read a dining room, coach colleagues, manage scheduling and costs, and cultivate a culture where staff take pride in every guest touchpoint.

Qualifications

• Experience leading upscale, luxury dining operations.
• Strong command of food, wine, beverage, and elevated service standards.
• Proven ability to develop teams and foster a positive, accountable culture.
• Business acumen with budgeting, labor management, and revenue growth experience.
• Excellent communication across diverse members, guests, and staff.
