Job summary
ETC Florida is seeking a Luxury Window Treatment & Shading Specialist to grow the automated shade and drapery segment. You’ll work with homeowners, interior designers, architects, builders, and managers to design premium shading solutions that enhance comfort, privacy, energy efficiency, and aesthetics.
Responsibilities include prospecting, in-home consultations, design of shading packages, and end-to-end sales from pipeline to installation handoff.
Qualifications
- 3–5+ years of outside sales experience closing deals in the $10K–$100K range.
- Ability to prospect, build pipeline, and drive deals to close without constant hand-holding.
- Strong consultative selling skills across multi-stakeholder environments.
Responsibilities
- Develop new opportunities through proactive networking with designers, architects, builders, and managers.
- Conduct in-home consultations to assess window treatments, privacy, energy performance, and aesthetics.
- Design comprehensive shading packages and prepare professional proposals.
- Maintain disciplined pipeline management and accurate forecasting.
- Meet quarterly quota through high-margin, long-cycle deals.
