Job summary

Tiffany & Co. is seeking a highly adaptable, luxury-oriented designer to conceptualize, render, and deliver window displays and special projects for Tiffany stores worldwide.

You will bridge creative vision with technical execution, partnering with production teams to ensure top-tier craftsmanship. The role focuses on luxury window and campaign design, visual storytelling, and cross-functional leadership with the CVM teams.

Responsibilities

• Concept and generate luxury-oriented window designs through design research, 3D renderings, visualization and presenting design intent for all Show windows, In-Store Special windows, and global Flagship store projects.
• Translate design ideas into modern, elevated designs using quick sketches, 3D models, and refined color studies.
• Demonstrate exceptional verbal and written communication to articulate design concepts, present prototypes, and prepare weekly leadership presentations.
• Partner closely with the CVM Production team to oversee material fabrication, ensure top-tier craftsmanship, and maintain design integrity through production revisions.
• Develop clear design intent documentation, technical drawings, and prototypes to guide production teams and ensure timelines.
• Prepare design materials for weekly leadership presentations, contribute design directives to regional CVM teams, and manage communications across stakeholders.
• Deliver high-quality work against long-term and fast-turnaround schedules, adapting quickly to feedback and tight deadlines.
