Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in design fields.
• 2–3 years design industry experience.
• Experience with luxury visual merchandising or environments.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
• Advanced 3D CAD skills (Rhino 3D, KeyShot, or similar).
• Understanding of production processes and technical drawings.
• Excellent conceptual, spatial, and storytelling skills.
• Excellent organizational, communication, and presentation skills.
• Attention to detail and ability to perform under tight deadlines.
• 3D modeling and ability to read floor plans and elevations.

Responsibilities

• Concept and generate luxury-oriented window designs using research, 3D renderings, and visual presentations for show windows and flagship projects.
• Translate design ideas into modern, elevated visuals with sketches and 3D models.
• Communicate design concepts clearly to leadership and teams, prepare weekly presentations.
• Collaborate with Production team to oversee fabrication and preserve design integrity through revisions.
• Develop design documentation, technical drawings, and prototypes to guide production timelines.
• Prepare materials for leadership reviews and coordinate across regional CVM teams.
• Deliver high-quality work on long-term and fast-turnaround schedules, adapting to feedback under deadlines.
