Job summary

Brobston Group in New York is seeking a Wholesale Intern who will report to the Senior Sales Manager as part of our dynamic team. This paid internship offers exposure to luxury retail and real-world sales analytics.

You will handle weekly and monthly reporting, shipping/invoicing, seasonal campaigns, sample management, and competitive market analyses while working 32 hours per week in our NYC corporate office and earning academic credit.

Qualifications

• Excel proficiency for large data sets (vlookups, pivot tables).
• Strong writing and PowerPoint skills for strategic communication.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and work in NYC office.

Responsibilities

• Reporting & Analysis – Weekly & Monthly Style, Account, and Door selling.
• Shipping & Invoicing - Track purchase orders and update shipping logs weekly.
• Quarterly Selling Campaigns – Preparation & support for seasonal markets.
• Sample Management, Online Copy, & General Administrative Support.
• Market Expertise & Ownership – Build competitive analyses for opportunities.
