Job summary

Equinox is seeking energetic Style Advisors to join The Shop team. You will deliver a total customer experience and support store operations while aligning with brand standards and policies.

You will work under the Shop MOD on business strategy and action plans to maximize productivity and ensure compliance with company policies. This role emphasizes sales, service, and operational excellence.

Qualifications

• Experience in a customer service business; preferably in retail.
• Excellent time management, organizational, problem solving and communication skills.
• Be available to work a varied schedule, based on the needs of our unique retail business.

Responsibilities

• Achieve assigned monthly sales goals (individual contribution to total monthly store goal).
• Ensure an unparalleled customer experience for all visitors to The Shop and to Equinox.
• Maintain knowledge of all club and Shop services, programs and products.
