Qualifications

• Previous experience in luxury hospitality, spa, fitness, residential, hotel, or private club environments preferred.
• Strong customer service and interpersonal skills.
• Professional, polished, and welcoming demeanor.
• Ability to anticipate needs and demonstrate attention to detail.
• Ability to communicate professionally with residents, guests, management, and coworkers.
• Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and varying shifts.

Responsibilities

• Warmly greet and acknowledge all residents and approved guests entering the wellness areas.
• Provide attentive, personalized, and professional service consistent with luxury hospitality and Forbes service standards.
• Anticipate resident needs and provide assistance without waiting to be asked.
• Become familiar with resident preferences to create a personalized experience.
• Assist residents with general questions regarding spa services, fitness offerings, and events.
• Answer calls professionally and assist with appointment scheduling and inquiries.
• Maintain resident privacy and confidentiality at all times.
• Communicate resident requests or issues to management promptly.
