Job summary

THE WELL Bay Harbor Islands is seeking a licensed Traditional Chinese Medicine practitioner to deliver acupuncture and associated modalities at our luxury wellness destination. You will assess, educate and treat members within a holistic care framework, while collaborating with a multidisciplinary team.

Ideal candidates hold an active Florida acupuncture license, have 3+ years of experience in TCM, and demonstrate strong communication in English.

Qualifications

• Active Florida Acupuncture License in good standing.
• Minimum three (3) years of experience in Traditional Chinese Medicine and acupuncture.
• Proficiency in acupuncture, cupping, gua sha, tui na and related modalities.
• Excellent English communication and patient education skills.
• Maintain malpractice insurance and professional credentials.
• Commitment to ongoing professional development.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive consultations and wellness evaluations using Traditional Chinese Medicine.
• Develop individualized treatment plans and deliver acupuncture.
• Provide education, explain treatment approaches and maintain SOAP notes.
• Collaborate with other wellness professionals to support integrated experiences.
• Maintain licenses, insurance, and HIPAA and confidentiality standards.
• Ensure a clean, safe, organized treatment environment and proper documentation.
