Job summary

THE WELL Bay Harbor Islands is seeking a Health Coach to guide members through holistic wellness plans and integrated care coordination. You will conduct wellness assessments and build personalized coaching programs within a luxury wellness setting.

The Health Coach works with physicians and practitioners to reinforce care plans, support sustainable lifestyle changes, and ensure an exceptional member experience while maintaining HIPAA standards.

Qualifications

• Health Coach Certification from NBHWC, IIN, IFM, Duke Integrative Medicine or equivalent.
• 2–3 years of professional health coaching in clinical, wellness, or integrative settings.
• Knowledge of functional, integrative, longevity, or holistic medicine principles.
• Strong nutrition, behavior change, and lifestyle coaching expertise.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.
• Experience using EMR or web-based systems.

Responsibilities

• Deliver holistic health coaching rooted in functional medicine principles.
• Conduct wellness assessments and develop personalized wellness plans.
• Facilitate wellness consultations and introduce THE WELL's services to members.
• Support participants in physician-led medical programs and care plans.
• Maintain confidential documentation in the EMR system.
