Carneros Resort and Spa is seeking a passionate Catering Sales Manager, Weddings to lead wedding and social event revenue generation. You will cultivate new business, craft exceptional client experiences, and guide couples through the sales process, showcasing the resort's venues, cuisine, and personalized service.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of catering, wedding, or luxury hospitality sales experience.
• Demonstrated success achieving sales goals and driving revenue growth.
• Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple clients and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Flexible schedule with the ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as business demands.

Responsibilities

• Solicit and secure wedding and social event business through prospecting, networking, referrals, industry partnerships, and lead generation.
• Respond promptly to inquiries and convert qualified leads into bookings.
• Conduct personalized tours and venue presentations to showcase the Carneros experience.
• Achieve or exceed quarterly and annual wedding and catering revenue goals.
• Maintain a strong sales pipeline and pursue opportunities to maximize revenue and market share.
