Job summary

CHANEL in Costa Mesa is seeking a Watches & Fine Jewelry (WFJ) advisor to deliver an elevated client experience from first contact to after-sales care. You will join a diverse sales team, drive client conversion and retention, and contribute to revenue while embodying the CHANEL heritage and service mindset.

The role requires at least 3 years in a luxury retail or client-facing environment, strong communication, and the ability to work flexible hours including late nights and weekends.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years professional experience in a luxury retailer or relevant client-facing role such as hospitality.
• Ability to work with a diverse client base.
• Proven success in achieving sales goals.
• Familiarity with South Coast Plaza and surrounding communities is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead the development of new customers and convert walk-in traffic to clients and brand ambassadors.
• Provide prompt, professional, warm and courteous service to optimize the client experience.
• Build genuine relationships with clients through thoughtful outreach and follow-up.
• Demonstrate a can-do attitude to raise service levels and exceed client expectations.
• Assist with repairs and follow up on repairs and alterations.
