Job summary

Movado Group is seeking a part-time Sales Associate for the Fashion Outlets of Chicago in Rosemont, IL. You will deliver exceptional customer service, drive sales, and develop in-depth product knowledge of Movado and related brands.

Responsibilities include meeting or exceeding sales goals, merchandising to company standards, and assisting with watch services such as sizing and battery changes. Benefits include pay starting at $15.00 per hour plus commission, plus employee discounts and a 401K

Qualifications

The ideal candidate has strong selling skills and experience in luxury retail or related fashion/watch sectors.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills are essential.
Flexible schedule to support store needs and goals.

Responsibilities

Provide exceptional customer service and establish rapport with customers.
Achieve or exceed individual sales goals as established by the Store Manager.
Develop comprehensive knowledge of Movado products and related brands.
Merchandise products in accordance with Company guidelines.
Maintain a neat, clean, and professional store environment with accurate ticketing and display.
Follow all security and loss prevention procedures per corporate policies.
Service watches, including sizing and battery changes as needed.
Support the store with any additional tasks as needed.
