Job summary

Movado Group, Inc. is seeking a Part-Time Sales Associate for the Movado Company Store in Gurnee, IL. The role focuses on delivering exceptional customer service, building rapport, and driving sales in a luxury retail environment.

The ideal candidate will have strong selling skills across watch, jewelry, fashion, and accessories, with excellent interpersonal abilities. A flexible schedule is required to meet store objectives and business needs.

Qualifications

Strong selling skills and experience in watch, jewelry, fashion, accessories, specialty, and/or luxury retail.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Flexible schedule to accommodate business needs and store objectives.

Responsibilities

Provide exceptional customer service and establish rapport.
Achieve or exceed individual sales goals as established by the Store Manager.
Develop comprehensive knowledge of the merchandise.
Merchandise product in accordance with Company guidelines.
Maintain a neat, clean, and professional working environment while monitoring merchandise to ensure accurate ticketing and proper display.
Follow all security and loss prevention procedures in accordance with corporate policies.
Service watches, including sizing and battery changes as needed.
Support the store with any additional tasks as needed.
