Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service and establish rapport with customers.
• Achieve or exceed individual sales goals as set by Store Manager.
• Develop comprehensive knowledge of merchandise and product features.
• Merchandise products in accordance with company guidelines and display standards.
• Maintain a neat, clean, and professional environment; monitor merchandise and displays for accurate ticketing.
• Follow security and loss prevention procedures per policy.
• Service watches, including sizing and battery changes as needed.
