Movado Group, Inc. is seeking a Part-Time Sales Associate for the Movado Company Store in Gurnee, IL. The role focuses on delivering exceptional customer service, building rapport, and driving sales in a luxury retail environment.

The ideal candidate will have strong selling skills across watch, jewelry, fashion, and accessories, with excellent interpersonal abilities. A flexible schedule is required to meet store objectives and business needs.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service and establish rapport.
• Achieve or exceed individual sales goals as established by the Store Manager.
• Develop comprehensive knowledge of the merchandise.
• Merchandise product in accordance with Company guidelines.
• Maintain a neat, clean, and professional working environment while monitoring merchandise to ensure accurate ticketing and proper display.
• Follow all security and loss prevention procedures in accordance with corporate policies.
• Service watches, including sizing and battery changes as needed.
• Support the store with any additional tasks as needed.

We are currently seeking an inspiring, confident, and ambitious individual to join the Movado Company Store team as a Part-Time Sales Associate in Gurnee, IL.

• Develop comprehensive expertise and knowledge of about the merchandise.
• Merchandise product in accordance with Company guidelines.
• Maintain a neat, clean, and professional working environment while monitoring merchandise to ensure accurate ticketing, and proper display.

• Service watches, which includes sizing and battery changes as needed.
