Job summary

The ideal candidate has at least 3 years in retail management, experience in watch/jewelry or luxury retail preferred, and strong interpersonal skills. Open availability including weekends and evenings is required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years retail management experience.
• Experience in watch/jewelry or luxury retail preferred.
• Strong communication skills and ability to coach.
• Organized and detail oriented.

Responsibilities

• Achieve or exceed personal and store sales goals.
• Open and close the store and manage daily operations.
• Coach, train, and develop staff to reach targets.
• Recruit and onboard new employees and monitor performance.
• Ensure CRM data accuracy, inventory control, and loss prevention compliance.
