You will open and close the store, coach staff, ensure excellent customer service, and maintain visual standards. A flexible schedule including weekends/evenings is required; base hourly pay starts at $19.50 with commission on sales. This role emphasizes teamwork and a premium shopping experience.

Qualifications

• The ideal candidate has strong selling skills and retail management experience.
• Exceptional interpersonal, communication and customer service skills.
• Must be organized and detail oriented.
• MS Office proficiency (Word/Excel) is expected.
• Open availability including weekends and evenings.

Responsibilities

• Achieve or exceed personal sales goals and develop product knowledge.
• Open and close the store as needed.
• Meet financial objectives for the store.
• Coach and train store personnel to achieve sales goals.
• Recruit, hire, train and coach staff for peak performance.
• Ensure CRM data capture, inventory, revenue, merchandising, and loss prevention compliance.
• Provide exceptional customer service and ensure staff do the same.
• Maintain store security, appearance, and professional environment.
• Monitor merchandise display, ticketing, and cleanliness.
• Service watches including sizing and battery changes as needed.
