Job summary

Neiman Marcus in Tysons, Virginia is seeking a Visual Associate to create an exciting in-store environment and support visual initiatives. You will merchandise the floor, design engaging window displays, and dress mannequins per visual standards.

Requirements include 2+ years in visual team roles at a department store, carpentry and painting skills, experience with production, styling, and current fashion trends.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years visual team experience in a major department store.
• Portfolio of previously created projects.
• Ability to safely use carpentry tools and paint with accuracy.
• Experience with production processes and materials.

Responsibilities

• Create an exciting visual environment in-store and support visual initiatives.
• Merchandise the floor and design window displays per standards.
• Change apparel on mannequins according to merchandising guidelines.
• Assist in promotions, signage, and trunk shows as needed.
• Support Sales Team with setup and preparation.
