Job summary

Hershey Entertainment & Resorts is seeking a Full‑Time Villa Concierge Lounge team member at The Hotel Hershey in Hershey, PA. You will provide luxury guest service, respond to inquiries, and maintain elegant dining and beverage areas.

The role requires 18+ years, a valid driver’s license, and capable of passing the RAMP alcohol server test. A union schedule may apply with evening/weekend shifts and a comprehensive benefits package is offered.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Must have a valid driver’s license.
• Must pass the accredited alcohol server test (RAMP) when hired.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional guest service in the Villa Concierge Lounge.
• Respond to guest inquiries with knowledge of hotel services and opportunities.
• Handle guest concerns in a thorough and professional manner.
• Create an aesthetically pleasing presentation of buffet and beverage stations.
• Transport items to and from Villas using a company vehicle.
• Assist with setup and maintenance of lounge and back-of-house areas.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
