Job summary

The Hotel Hershey, a luxury resort in Hershey, PA, is seeking a Full-Time Banquet Server to join Hershey Entertainment and Resorts. You will set up and tear down events, serve food and beverage to guests, and transport items to banquet rooms in a professional, guest-friendly manner.

Applicants should be 18+, have 1 year banquet F&B experience preferred, and be able to pass RAMP certification plus a post-offer physical.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• One year banquet food and beverage experience preferred.
• Must be able to pass the Responsible Alcohol Management Program (RAMP) Certification.
• This position requires successful completion and passing of the post-offer employment physical exam.

Responsibilities

• Set up and tear down events.*
• Serve food and beverage to guests in a professional and guest-friendly manner.*
• Carry trays from service areas to banquet rooms.*
• Inspect tables and chairs.
• Clean up and tear down after events end. Clear tables.*
• Maintain and stock supplies, i.e. sugar bowls, salt and pepper shakers, and condiments.*
• Maintain a clean and orderly work area.*
• Follow safety guidelines and perform job accordingly.*
• Perform other duties as assigned.
