Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Mechanical, electrical, and computing skills required.
• Must be 18 years or older.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• At least 2+ years of hands-on automotive repair experience.
• ASE certifications a plus.
• Authorized to work in the USA.
• Must pass pre-employment testing including background check and MVR.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair customer and dealership vehicles to established standards.
• Provide labor, time, and parts estimates for repair services.
• Perform repairs on engine, steering, suspension, brakes, and air conditioning systems.
• Complete all required paperwork and documentation for repair services.
• Maintain organized workspace and proper tool handling.
• Communicate with Service Advisors and Parts Department staff.
• Participate in BMW training programs to stay current with BMW technologies.
• Commit to Fix it Right the First Time and high-quality customer service.
