Job summary

BMW of Raleigh in Raleigh, NC, is seeking experienced Automotive Service Technicians to join our team. You will diagnose, repair, and service luxury BMW vehicles, performing engine, suspension, brakes, and A/C work to the highest standards.

You should have 1-2 years of experience, a high school diploma or equivalent, and own basic tools. We offer ongoing BMW training and a commitment to fixing it right the first time for exceptional customer experiences.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of automotive service tech experience preferred (luxury OEM; BMW experience a plus)
• High School Diploma or equivalent required; trade school preferred
• Own basic automotive tool set; valid driver's license; ability to relocate if needed

Responsibilities

• Receive and carry-out repair orders as dispatched
• Perform diagnostic services and troubleshoot repair needs
• Provide labor, time, and parts estimates for repairs
• Perform repairs on engines, steering, suspension, brakes, and A/C to BMW standards
• Perform quality control checks on repaired vehicles
• Complete all required paperwork for repair services
• Maintain organized workspace and manage tools
• Communicate with service advisors and parts department
• Participate in BMW training programs to hone skills
• Demonstrate BMW values and fix it right the first time to maximize customer satisfaction
