Job summary

Genesis of Littleton is seeking a Serve Valet to shuttle customers, move vehicles around the dealership, and maintain loaner fleets. You will ensure vehicles are clean and ready for delivery, assisting the service drive team as needed.

The role requires a high school diploma or equivalent, a valid driver's license, and 1 year of customer service experience preferred. Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions is important.

Qualifications

• High school degree or equivalent is required.
• 1 year of customer service experience preferred.
• Valid state driver’s license required.
• Ability to operate all-size vehicles (manual and automatic).

Responsibilities

• Shuttle customers to home, work, or other locations as needed.
• Assist service drive team by delivering customer vehicles to homes.
• Clean customer vehicles to dealership standards.
• Manage service loaner fleet and provide reports.
• Follow safety policies and report accidents promptly.
• Follow scheduled hours as defined by management.
