Genesis of Littleton, part of McDonald Automotive, is seeking an experienced automotive sales leader in Littleton, CO. The role focuses on developing relationships with staff and customers to optimize the sales process and drive closing deals.

Ideal candidates have 5 years of automotive sales and supervisory experience, plus 1 year with Dealer System Management (DMS). We offer a comprehensive benefits package and a supportive, family-owned environment.

Qualifications

• 5 years of automotive sales experience.
• 5 years of supervisory experience preferred.
• 1 year of Dealer System Management (DMS) experience.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Develop relationships with employees and customers to enhance the sales process.
• Build relationships with customers to establish a customer network.
• Provide training and support for the sales staff and assist in closing deals.
• Help manage the productivity of the sales department.
• Facilitate regular sales training for continued team growth.
• Work with salespeople on programs to increase sales and help close deals when necessary.
