Job summary

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a luxury resort, hotel, or restaurant environment preferred.
• Knowledge of Napa Valley and surrounding areas desirable.
• Flexibility with scheduling, including weekends, holidays, and evenings.
• Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record required.
• Strong communication skills in guest interactions.
• Ability to multitask and stay calm under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle challenging situations.
• Physical ability to lift/move luggage and drive vehicles safely.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests upon arrival with warmth and enthusiasm and provide a personalized welcome.
• Safely park and retrieve guest vehicles from the front drive.
• Assist guests with luggage and room orientations.
• Provide local recommendations, directions, and information about Napa Valley.
• Ensure a smooth checkout process and fond farewell to departing guests.
• Assist Concierge and Front Desk with special requests and guest deliveries.
• Assist guests with off-property errands and transportation to nearby attractions.
• Maintain cleanliness in high-traffic areas and luggage carts.
• Perform shoe-shine services and audit vehicle guest charges.
