Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required or preferred; customer service experience helpful.
• Customer service attitude and a willing, helpful demeanor is mandatory.

Responsibilities

• Vehicle inspections and documenting parking locations.
• Safely park and retrieve guest vehicles with attention to safety.
• Follow attendance and timekeeping policies, including clocking in/out and reporting tips.
• Keep valet areas clean and organized at all times.
• Provide exceptional guest service and teamwork to maintain high-quality service.
• Maintain regular attendance and adhere to company policies, presenting a professional appearance.
