Job summary

Hermès US is seeking a thoughtful undergraduate intern to support Saint-Louis Crystal sales and marketing operations across the United States and Canada. You will collaborate with boutiques, wholesale accounts, logistics, and the head office in France, gaining exposure to multiple facets of the business.

You will participate in daily operations, run errands with senior teams, and help organize events, trade shows, and showroom tools.

Qualifications

• Undergraduate student; 6 months prior experience recommended.
• Strong organizational and analytical skills required.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint required.
• French is a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

• Support daily operations: coordinate loans to press, stores and events.
• Assist in trunk shows, trade shows, events organization, and development of brand tools.
• Support sales development and activations in the US market; create and distribute sales tools.
• Provide regular business and marketing reports; assist with merchandise forecasting.
