Job summary

RH Trade within the Gallery in Greenwich seeks a seasoned Trade Concierge to deliver a luxury client experience for interior designers and trade clients. You will partner with the Residential Trade Leader to grow RH Trade through consultations, site visits and thoughtful project coordination.

Leveraging product expertise, industry relationships and meticulous organization, you will support strategic selling and client management to promote the RH brand within the interior design community.

Qualifications

• Experience in a high-end showroom, luxury retailer or design firm.
• Proven success working with interior design and trade clients.
• Strategic, highly organized and results-oriented mindset.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Commitment to quality with exceptional attention to detail.
• Proficiency with Mac OS, Microsoft Office and Google Applications.
• Experience with Salesforce or other CRM systems.
• Ability to read and interpret floor plans.

Responsibilities

• Provide a luxury experience for Trade clientele through product expertise and elevated service.
• Partner with the Residential Trade Leader to grow RH Trade business within the Gallery.
• Qualify potential and support existing Trade clients via consultations, Gallery tours and site visits.
• Assist with project development, internal coordination of services and project installations.
• Communicate and collaborate with cross functional teams at all organizational levels.
• Maintain relationships and relevancy within the interior design communityEnsure fiscal goals are met through strategic selling and client management.
