Qualified candidates bring at least 3 years in luxury retail with high-end watch experience, strong communication, organization, and a proactive, team-oriented mindset.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of luxury retail experience, including high-end watch sales
• Experience delivering client service in a luxury environment
• Strong organizational, communication and follow-up skills
• Detail-oriented with ability to manage multiple demands
• Results-driven and self-motivated; able to meet goals
• Flexible to work as part of a team in a demanding environment
• Willing to work on a 40-hour weekly schedule
• Proficient with computer systems and basic software

Responsibilities

• Meet or exceed store goals and personal KPIs.
• Develop and maintain client relationships and identify sales opportunities.
• Maintain customer correspondence to build loyalty and drive sales.
• Follow Breitling sales techniques and service standards.
• Develop product and brand knowledge including company history.
• Stay informed about industry trends and competitors.
• Maintain professional appearance and dress code compliance.
• Support product launches and customer service initiatives.
