Qualifications

• 3 years of luxury retail sales or keyholder experience.
• Strong selling capabilities and customer service skills.
• Able to communicate effectively in writing and speech.
• Willingness to train others and adapt to product knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Liaise with Store Manager and Assistant Manager and demonstrate leadership in their absence.
• Demonstrate deep product knowledge and provide memorable client experiences.
• Build enduring client relationships and share insights about OMEGA timepieces.
• Uphold policies and procedures while representing the Manager's vision.
