Job summary

Miami Dolphins and Hard Rock Stadium is seeking an Account Manager for Luxury & Suite Sales to drive revenue from luxury seating, suites, memberships, and group sales across enterprise verticals including the Miami Open and Grand Prix. You will prospect, present, and close multi-year agreements with companies and high-net-worth individuals.

Based on site at Hard Rock Stadium in Miami Gardens, FL, the role requires at least 3 years in sports ticket sales, strong communication, and the ability to

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Associate’s degree from an accredited college or university.
• Minimum of 3 years of prior sports ticket sales with a proven track-record of selling multi-year agreements and exceeding revenue goals.
• Proven ability to effectively influence, communicate with, and present to C-Level executives and high-net-worth individuals.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, with a focus on Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Candidate must work non-traditional hours, weekends and game days; English required, Spanish preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prospect new clients and set appointments for luxury seating and suite sales.
• Execute sales presentations face-to-face and virtually; close multi-year agreements.
• Entertain and nurture relationships through events, dinners, and seat visits.
• Sell a high volume of season ticket memberships via B2C and B2B campaigns.
• Meet revenue goals with metrics on appointments, opportunities, and activity.
• Other duties as assigned.
