Exemplar Luxury Group seeks a Stylist Support Manager in Beverly Hills to lead a team of Stylist Assistants, ensuring flawless execution of all luxury styling services and events. You will oversee logistics, client events, and the continuous improvement of service quality.

You will manage a high-performance team in a fast-paced luxury setting, coordinate visits and trunk shows, and protect client confidentiality while driving loyalty and growth.

Qualifications

• Experience with clienteling tools and scheduling software.
• Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel, for logistics tracking.
• Comfort with high-end service environments and discretion.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor Stylist Assistants to Company standards.
• Coordinate end-to-end operations for off-site styling visits and home closet cleans.
• Execute client events: setup, breakdown, and VIP guest experience.
• Maintain service standards in fitting rooms and styling suites.
• Monitor inventory and merchandise flow for styling sessions.
• Resolve operational friction to support Personal Stylists.
