Job summary

Exemplar Luxury Group is seeking a Selling Advisor to cultivate client relationships through elevated selling and exceptional service. You will service in-store and digitally, using the latest technology to reach clients and drive sales.

You will discuss fashion and trends with authority, both in person and online, reporting to the Sales Manager. The role is onsite at the specified location and requires a flexible schedule with strong fashion knowledge and a client-first mindset.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience in luxury retail or fashion preferred.
• Strong customer service and selling skills with a client-focused approach.
• Ability to leverage digital tools for outreach and sales.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a customer-centric mentality.
• Demonstrate expert styling and brand knowledge, improve sales through Technology and Wardrobing.
• Understand how to showcase product differently based on if a client is remote or in-person
• Utilize selling tools and digital store technology to sell, use omni-channel and fleetwide inventory
• Achieve personal sales, client conversion and wardrobing goals
• Strategize own business to increase individual productivity through wardrobing, successful outreach and technology usage
• Utilize digital tools and social media to connect with clients and guide intentional traffic
• Create a positive work environment through collaboration
