Job summary

Rosewood Calistoga seeks a Purchasing & Storeroom Supervisor to lead daily storeroom operations across food, beverage, and general supplies. You will oversee purchasing activities, supplier relations, inventory control, and cost management to support opening and ongoing resort operations.

Qualifications

• Minimum one year in procurement, purchasing, inventory control, storeroom management, or related hospitality function.
• Luxury hotel or resort experience preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily storeroom operations including food, beverage, operating supplies, and general storerooms.
• Maintain organized, secure storerooms and ensure inventory accuracy.
• Monitor inventory levels and minimize excess stock while ensuring product availability.
• Process purchasing transactions, supplier coordination, and documentation.
• Partner with Culinary and F&B leadership to support purchasing strategies and cost management.
• Contribute to monthly and annual inventory counts and reconciliations.
