Pyramid Consulting Group, LLC is seeking a Sales Support Associate for a luxury fashion brand at the San Francisco Premium Outlet. This full-time, temporary role starts immediately and runs for 3-4 months, with potential extension based on performance.

You will blend retail operations with sales support, with flexible weekend shifts. Responsibilities include welcoming clients, supporting Client Advisors, preparing merchandise, managing stockroom tasks, and assisting with wrapping purchases.

Qualifications

• Experience in luxury retail, hospitality, or fast-moving customer service.
• Passion for delivering an elevated client experience.
• Proactive, detail-oriented and dependable.
• Team player with ability to support both FOH and BOH operations.
• Comfortable in a fast-moving environment.
• Ability to stand for long shifts and lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Welcome clients and support the sales floor with coverage as needed.
• Support Client Advisors with appointments (pulling merchandise/extra sizes, setting up fitting room, returning merchandise to stockroom).
• Assist with wrapping purchases for client advisors.
• Prepping merchandise for the floor (steaming, folding, hanging).
• Supporting with operations/BOH tasks (organizing merchandise in stockroom, pulling for the floor, processing shipment, etc.).
• Additional duties as needed and assigned as necessary.
